This is more of a hotel than it is a hostel. I was there for two weeks and met one single English speaker. The rest were Peruvian families and travelers. This was totally ok with me as I speak Spanish but if you are a non Spanish speaker and you want to meet other travelers this is definitely not the place for you. It's a very quiet, lowkey hotel with not a lot of socializing going on. The owners Yasmany and Fernanda are very kind and helpful. It's in a good location and everything in the hotel functions well. Just know this is not a backpackers hostel.

Most of the time i worked at the partner Hostel in Arequipa. I loved the work it was very easy and fun. I did not have many repeating tasks, i liked that very much. The women from the hostel i worked with was very nice from the beginning. I also worked at the farm for two days. The work was way harder but way more fun. I loved all the animals and the nature around it. I think its his humor but the guy from the farm is a little rude sometimes. I dont take it personal tho. One thing that i missed was good communication and i think i worked a little more then i thought i would need to. Loved it<3
