The experience

We are looking for a help with projects around the house and garden in preparation moving out of our home.

We are away a bit so you must be happy here without us, and happy to care for our dogs while we are away.

We live in a wonderful house on the banks of the river Dee, just outside Castle Douglas.

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Pet Sitting: Taking care of and looking after pets.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside United Kingdom

Program Details

We have a large house in the scottish countryside.
We need help getting ready for the summer season

We are away during the week so would best suit a couple, or someone who doesn't mind being on their own.

jobs include garden tasks, painting garden furniture

Must like dogs .. we have 3 !
