My time in Jarandilla filled me with joy! From day one I felt like part of the family, and I'm so grateful to have met Sofia, Juan and the girls. Working on the vineyard was never work, but a privilege – learning about grapes, wine, and daily life. Surrounded by nature with mountains and rivers, every day had something special. Evenings outside, hikes, small trips, a dinner with friends, and the village fiestas made this stay unforgettable. An experience of community, culture, and nature I can recommend from the bottom of my heart! Un abrazo grande, vuestra Fina – hasta pronto ❤️

Sofia and her family are amazing people, I felt as part of the family. She's always making sure that you have fun things to do, because the finca is surrounded by amazing rivers and villages where you can learn much about the local culture. The food is really amazing and prepared with care. You will be able to connect with true nature, learn all the steps about wine production, specially if you go during summer, when they are picking the grapes up. I would definitely recommend the experience if you want to practice Spanish, learn more about the culture and have a true connection with nature.

Our experience with Sofia and her family was amazing. We felt truly welcomed and supported, which made our first volunteering unforgettable. The food was delicious, mostly made with ingredients from their own farm, full of flavor and love, bringing a real sense of home. Activities were light and enjoyable, with flexible and respected hours. A perfect place to connect with local culture, learn about grapes and natural wine, share good moments, and enjoy stunning landscapes that photos can't capture. ¡Gracias por todo Sofía, Suzana, Sofi y Juan!

This was one of the best experiences of my life and I'm so grateful to have met Sofia and Juan. The work on the vineyard was very fun and each day brought a new challenge. The food was absolutely incredible, the surrounding area is beautiful, and there are so many amazing people in Jarandilla. I would recommend this experience to anyone that loves to be off the beaten path and (if Spanish isn't your first language) to push your comfort zone. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Gracias por aceptarme en su familia y hasta pronto! 10/10

Tuve la oportunidad de realizar mi primer voluntariado con Sofía, Juan y su familia en su viñedo en Jarandilla de la Vera, y no puedo estar más agradecida por la experiencia. Son personas generosas, auténticas y con un gran amor por la naturaleza, la tierra y los animales que habitan alrededor de su finca. Su forma de vivir y de trabajar es muy inspiradora. Desde el primer día me hicieron sentir bienvenida y parte de la familia. Durante mi estancia compartieron conmigo sus conocimientos sobre el viñedo y la elaboración de vinos naturales, siempre con paciencia y cariño.

Sofía es muy dulce, amable y se preocupa por el bienestar de todos. Nos ayudó con información local, se preocupó por lo que nos gustaba comer, nos llevó a algunos lugares turísticos y fue muy flexible. Ella y su familia nos recibieron con los brazos abiertos, nos permitieron quedarnos en la casa del pueblo lo cual fue mejor para nosotros (por las alergias y el baño). La finca es preciosa, mantenida con mucho cariño y trabajo. ¡Naturaleza increíble y vinos deliciosos! Además practicamos español :)

The winery es una maravilla escondida en jarandilla de la vera, creo que fue la mejor desicion que pude tomar, el contacto con la naturaleza, los animales aunque no fuera directo y las personas que aqui hacen vida fue una experiencia genial y que no cambiaria por nada, te hace crecer como persona, profesionalmente y fisicamente. Los anfitriones son excelentes personas, sofia y juan con un sentido de respeto y amor a la naturaleza que a muchos nos falta, me hicieron sentir como en casa, en este viaje no solo conoci un lugar, hice de muy buenos amigos que agradezco a la vida por cruzarnos.
