Our school is dedicated to serving the poor and marginalized, offering a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth, & social responsibility. We believe that education is a fundamental right for every child.
We're looking for volunteers to help us with educational activities gardening
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Tours:
Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Surf lessons:
Take free surf classes at the local beaches.
Dance classes:
Take free dance classes at our place.
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate:
Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Dedicated Workspace:
Specific space for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English
Between 18 and 70 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
What we expect from our World packers:
- Assist with daily care and support for vulnerable children
- Lead educational and recreational activities (e.g., teaching, arts, sports)
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement programs
- Engage in planting flowers and shaping the compound to create conducive learning environment
- Bring enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn

Activities & Shift
Daily Activities Checklist:
- 7:00 AM: Morning tea/coffee at the accommodation center
- 7:30 AM: Board the Adventure Van for transportation to the organization's home
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Arrival and morning preparation
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Breakfast preparation and serving
- 9:30 AM - 1:00: English lessons and educational activities
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch break
- 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Recreational activities and childcare
- 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Free time (relaxation/leisure activities)
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Planting flowers and watering plants (gardening activities)
- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Snack break
- 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Evening activities and dinner preparation
- 7:00 PM: Return to the accommodation center
Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift:2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Note: The lineup may vary daily, but the shifts will remain
