Program Details
Explore the health benefits of Plant Based Diet, particularly its anti-inflammatory and gut-healing properties. You could incorporate lifestyle medicine principles along with ancient Asian and Mediterranean healing practices.
Activities & Shift
Learn how to ferment and preserve foods in traditional Asian styles, using farm-grown ingredients. Focus on the medicinal and culinary use of herbs and spices from both regions. Participants will learn how to create their own spice blends and herbal infusions.
