We’re a community-centered school in vibrant Mbale City, dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children. Through teaching, mentorship, creativity, and cultural exchange, we aim to nurture talent and build a brighter, sustainable future.

We’re looking for passionate and kind-hearted volunteers to help us shape lives and spark potential.🤝🌱


What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Help teach English, Math, Science, or Social Studies
Assist with homework and tutoring

Share your love for music, dance, drama, or art
Lead fun, inclusive sports or recreational activities

Participate in family outreach and support programs
Connect with locals and contribute to social impact events

Activities & Shift

🗓 Helping hours: Flexible shifts (approx. 18 hours/week, 4 days/week)
🍽 Meals & Accommodation: All meals and lodging provided
🎨 Daily life: From classroom time to fun afternoons with students, no day is the same. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own talents and ideas into the experience.
