What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift

Often mistaken as therapist, mentor, comic, mind reader, music guide, encyclopedia and/or dating service the bartender should serve drinks at the bar, get the party started, and spread the good vibe! Cheers!

Every bartender is responsible for:
- Taking orders, serving drinks
- Entertaining (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Cleaning and Maintenance (Keep the bar as clean as possible at all times )
- Supply Management
