Looking for one responsible person at a time to act as co-host: this means sharing responsibility for the atmosphere, cleaning, order, and smooth daily life of the house, together with the main host. and helping with SEO.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 80 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
----------------------------------

* EARLY morning routine in common spaces (kitchen, bathroom reset, quick tidy balcony and living room)

* MORNING task (small house task to do after morning routine, preparing bed rooms when guests leaving)

* DAILY routine (trash & recycling management, "clean as you go" in any moment)

* BE PRESENT and aware of the house dynamics; act on what needs attention without waiting for instructions

* OCCASIONALLY (welcome/orient occasional guests)

* HELP with CEO optimization for few websites


ACCOMODATION
----------------------

* SLEEPING: Shared mixed room

* HEATING IN WINTER: as it is not too cold, occasional portable heater is available; electricity for heater metered and charged at cost (meter shows consumption in real time).

* FOOD: Not included, but there is a shared shelf, where you can use whatever you find there. If you need other items, you buy them yourself.

* HOUSE is vegetarian for practical reasons

* MINIMUM STAY: 4 weeks (extensions possible if collaboration works).

Activities & Shift

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTION

* AVERAGE CONTRIBUTION: just few hours per day on the tasks above, flexible depending on presence of guests and how daily "clean as you go" is effective done.

* THERE IS NO strict shift system and no supervisor standing over you: the role is about initiative, reliability and presence.

* FLEXIBILITY is important. There will also be much free time, so it is important to be able to enjoy time by yourself. At the same time, this free time cannot be scheduled too much in advance, as it daily depend of many variables.

* RESPECT of the privacy of guests is fundamental

* PROACTIVE, observant, discreet

* GOOD communication (written & spoken, English)

* ABLE to wake up early and be present when needed

* COMFORTABLE with silence and personal autonomy

* AWARE on use of resource, not wasting water, gas, electricity, toilet paper

* CLEAN always after yourself; leave shared spaces better than you found them

* RESPECT privacy, avoid creating social pressure
