I had an amazing 2 weeks at the hostel in Cuenca. The hostel staff are the sweetest and most helpful people! The lead staff helped me at all times during my shift. This is an experience I will cherish forever. The hostel is located in the beautiful city of Cuenca where there is so much to explore!

My stay at the hostel was my perfect first Worldpackers experience. The people are super nice and put a lot of effort into it. The beds and breakfast are great. The agreed working hours and tasks are adhered to. I can only recommend this work exchange! :)

The hostel is beautiful, comfortable and neat. The staff is very friendly and kind, they're always willing to help you and teach whatever you need. The host is very nice, friendly and polite. My schedule was a bit disorganized, but I had a great time at the hostel. I would definitely recommend volunteering here.

Mi paso por the hostel fue mucho más que un voluntariado: fue una experiencia de vida. Desde el primer día me sentí como en cada, gracias a personas como Roxy, Sucy, Mauricio y Joel, quienes no solo me acompañaron en el día a día, sino que dejaron huellas imborrables en mi memoria. El ambiente del hostal es cálido y lleno de buena energía. Más tareas son claras y justas, y siempre se siente el apoyo del equipo. Además, Cuenca es una ciudad hermosa para explorar y tener un hogar como the hostel lo hace aún más especial. Me voy con el corazón lleno y con la certeza de que volveré algún día

Esta fue mi primera experiencia voluntariando y ME ENCANTO!! Mau, Susy y Rosy son un amor. Los horarios se cumplieron y Mauricio el host es super amable. Si vas con buena onda e ideas creativas te va a ir muy bien en el voluntariado. Rescato el desayuno muy rico, la limpieza y la ubicación del hotel. Espero volver pronto, besos a todo el staff!

La experiencia de voluntariado en el hostel es tan buena que tuve que volver 😃 Mauricio es un anfitrión súper ordenado y metódico, super claro para explicar las tareas. Destaco también su humor. El desayuno es increíble así como también el Staff ❤️ Gracias a Susi y Roxi!!
