This was my first worldpackers experience and I am glad I chose the hostel for this! :) The work hours are very flexible, as long as you finish the agreed upon hours, you can plan it how you want. I really enjoyed working on the website and taking photos of the beautifull town and region! 🤩 You will meet a lot of local people (friends and family of the hosts), which is very nice to have a full italian experience! They are all very nice ofc☺️ If you plan on coming in the winter i recommend to bring something warmer to sleep in, as the room can be a bit colder. Thanks Cam and Antonio🥰

Antônio and his family are super receptive and made me feel part of the community. I had a wonderful experience getting to know local history and its culture. And I made friends with other volunteers who are wonderful people.

Hostel located in small town in Molise region, very good for tranquility and authentic rural Italian experience. Tasks varied day to day, some taking place at hostel and some at hostel owner's parents' house (cleaning, weeding, meal prep, etc.). Relaxed and slow paced. Lovely place!

Antonio is an amazing host. He is very proactive and always ready to help with anything. He showed me many places around Toro and the Molise region, so I was not bored for a single day. There were super nice and friendly people in both Antonio's family and the town of Toro and I even managed to learn some Italian thanks to them. I had time for both my regular remote job and the work I did for Antonio, so I can recommend this place to digital nomads as well.

My volunteering experience was incredible! Antonio is super cool and was always available to show me all the coolest things in Toro and the surrounding area, and was also always flexible with his schedule and work schedule. I spent some time with his family too and felt really immersed in Italian culture. Thank you Antonio and family for making me feel at home in Toro and introducing me to this incredible culture! I hope we can meet again soon!

I had a fantastic time with Antonio and his family. They were super kind, friendly and very accommodating, just genuinely nice people. Near the end of my stay with them, I had a rather harsh situation with a next prospective host changing their plan the night before I was supposed to arrive. Fortunately, Antonio was very flexible to let me stay 1 more week. This turned out to be a blessing from the sky. I got to know how generous and loving they are, how funny they can be, and how much they love their food!! It was just incredible experience. His place is highly recommended. Thanks Antonio.

My week in this place was absolutely awesome! Before i would never have thought that in a very small town it could be interesting and comfortable. Antonio's family gave me an unforgettable experience, including local food of course. In such a short time we were able to become friends even despite the language difficulties. I'm very grateful for this experience. And i highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to try something new, to live in connection with nature and yourself. Thank you, Antonio!

I really enjoyed the unique charm of Toro. I would recommend the experience, but it's probably better during warmer months, as the house can be a bit cold in winter, and when the host likely has more time to give tours. The hosts were busy with travels but gave me space to work at my own pace, which I really appreciated. I also loved meeting the other guest and volunteer, they made the experience even better!

Antonios family is super friendly and welcomed me into their family and friends! The hostel itself is fine but you will be sleeping in the basement which is not like the pics posted. it's a quiet place to be alone and you can work independently on your tasks, which are very doable. However, it's super remote and hard to get to the main city on your own without relying on the host driving you. The buses come infrequently and the last bus returns very early so you may feel trapped in the town. Basically no one speaks English and the host did not try hard to engage with me as she did with others
