The experience
We're looking for volunteers to give us some general help in our eco farm.
We're the ultimate farm-to-table experience, where our team, guests, and animals are well cared for.
This "home away from home" experience in Tanzania deeply connects you with East Africa's diverse communities and cultures, through personal relationships, cultural programs, and conservation efforts.

What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Animal Care:
Help look after and take care of animals.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Program Details
The educational aspect of the activities is grounded into a step by step process of understanding the relationship within the soil ecosystem and medicinal plant behaviour towards nutrient rich soil. The facility is located in the Gekumu lambo valley of Karatu Tanzania.
Farm Experince
Enjoy our onsite garden garden and the most organic food direct from the farm to the table ,onsite chicken farm,onsite beehives We practice traditional farming. All of our animals have free range grazing time and are cared for by caring hands and with organic chemical free feed. The more fresh greens our chickens eat the more tasty and yellow the yolks.
Activities & Shift
Organic Foods
Every single food in the farm is grown or raised organically with no harmful pesticides and only natural fertilizer and compost.
100% of vegetables we serve are grown right on the farm. We raise many varieties, including vegetables and different herbs.
Dairy cows provides organic milk for farm guests.
Pig are fed farm kitchen and food waste, and feed grown on the farm or in nearby villages.
Chicken are well feed with all organic food and seeds from our farm and they have free range graze of green feed from our farm site
Honey: Over 20 hives are located throughout the estate to provide healthy, delicious honey.
We also grow medicinal plants The guest will get a chance to experience the development of Living Soil Grow operation from soil microbial enhancement to specific medicinal plant nutrient bioavailability.
