The experience

Rehabilitation of agriculture and communities in the Western Negev kibbutzim that were attacked on October 7, 2023.
The position is part of a program for independent volunteers who want to help settle the plots and communities in the kibbutzim and settlements of the Western Negev that were attacked on October 7, 2023.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 25 Per day

Fee pays for: Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute 25$ per day for accommodation in the house of volunteers in Tel Aviv and fir transportation from the house of volunteers in Tel Aviv to the KIBUTZIM in the west part of the Negev - South of Israel that was attacked on October 7th 2023.

Program Details

This position is intended for people who love Israel and want to help with all their hearts the communities that were attacked by Hamas in the monstrous terrorist attack of October 7, 2023.

Activities & Shift

The position is 5 days a week. Every morning you will travel from Tel Aviv in an organized shuttle to communities that need assistance in the Western Negev - the area that was attacked. The main part of the work is in the plots in these communities in a variety of tasks such as: gathering, picking, planting, sowing - all according to the needs of the communities and the seasons.
The days of activity are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are days off. During your entire stay, you will sleep at Rogers House Hostel Tel Aviv, which is located in the coolest area of ​​Tel Aviv - the Neve Tzedek neighborhood on the Mesilla Parks: a 5-minute walk from the sea, Jaffa and the Florentine neighborhood.

Our rules:

3. Respect every person regardless of who they are.
4. Get up on time in the morning and get to the shuttle on time.
5. Help us with a daily payment of $25 USD in order to finance the accommodation and transportation on the days of activity - including Friday and Saturday.
6. The food is on you and yours, you prepare it for yourself - you can use our amazing kitchen to cook and prepare food for yourself. We have everything you need in the kitchen.
