What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Program Details

Our volunteer program is designed to enhance the guest experience by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Volunteers play a key role in ensuring our guests feel at home and have an unforgettable stay. You will assist guests after check-in by greeting them, guiding them to their rooms, and sometimes driving them short distances. Additionally, you will help show them around the hostel and local area, creating an engaging and vibrant environment. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, share your passion for hospitality, and have fun while doing it!

Activities & Shift

• Greeting guests upon their arrival after check-in.
• Assisting guests with their luggage and guiding them to their rooms.
• Conducting tours of the hostel and local area to familiarize guests with amenities and attractions.
• Creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere by engaging with guests and promoting hostel events.
• Addressing any immediate guest concerns and providing assistance as needed.

Rules

• Volunteers must have a valid driving license for tasks that involve driving guests.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Be punctual for all shifts and adhere to the schedule provided.
• Respect the privacy and space of guests while being attentive to their needs.
• Follow all hostel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests.
• Promote and encourage participation in hostel events and activities.
