The experience

Our volunteers play a vital role in advancing our mission of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

By working with us, you’ll help grow our food forest, wellness center, and educational projects, building a model of eco-living that inspires and educates.

Volunteers support where needed: Landscaping, Building & Repairing, Painting, Gardening & Kitchen Hand, Organizing, and Housekeeping.
Every task helps keep the vision alive!


What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent Spanish

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

Building Projects:

Construction: Assisting in the construction of eco-friendly structures, such as cabins, greenhouses, and communal spaces.

Repairs and Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on existing buildings and infrastructure to ensure they remain safe and functional.

Landscaping: Enhancing the beauty and usability of our outdoor spaces through landscaping projects, including pathways, seating areas, and garden beds.

Premises Maintenance:
Cleaning: Keeping communal areas clean and welcoming for all residents and visitors.

Upkeep: Regularly checking and maintaining tools, equipment, and facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Waste Management: Implementing and managing waste reduction strategies, including recycling and composting programs.


Activities & Shift

We meet at 7:45am and handle tasks until lunch 5 days a week. Afternoons and 2 days a week are free.

2 days off will be to be determined at arrival.


Rules

You will receive a welcome letter.

Shared rooms will be assigned based on availability.

For tent, we will provide the equipment.

Tasks will be guided by a member of our team.
