The experience

As our Handyman Sidekick, you'll be the trusty companion to our main maintenance guru, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From fixing leaky faucets to sprucing up common areas, you'll be a key player in keeping our hostel in tip-top shape. This is the perfect role for someone who loves variety, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and enjoys the camaraderie of working in a fun, social setting.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Activities & Shift

- Assist with daily maintenance tasks, including repairs, painting, and basic carpentry.
- Help troubleshoot and fix minor electrical and plumbing issues.
- Support our main maintenance guy with any ad-hoc projects and improvements.
- Engage with guests and staff, contributing to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the hostel.
