Program Details
Most of the duties at the farm would involve working on the tourist side giving tours, giving information on the structure of our business, & helping with the cafe & ice cream hut, not the dairy side itself.
We would also ask that 4 weeks be the minimum that you could stay - longer would be better if possible. Any less than that & it would be too much for us to be constantly training people.
You would get 3 days off a week. Days off will be scheduled around the other workaways. Saturdays and Sundays are particularly busy on the farm.
Meals
o B – eggs, bread, some cereals, yogurt, milk will be available for you to help yourself (every day)
o L – at the farm we’ll organise either local, leftovers or something from the café menu
o D – Mon to Sat we sit down together around 7/7.30pm. Join us or have food to go.
Rooms are shared, w access to laundry, housekeeper 1x/wk, kitchen
Activities & Shift
Volunteers work 4 days a week, with 3 off days together so you can travel around Laos and see the sights. You would leave with us in the morning to drive to the farm and home again in the evening.
