What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Between 23 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift

Your responsibilities will include helping and socializing with guests at our family dinners, boat trips and pub crawls, as well as being a valuable point of contact for guests. We ask that volunteers can ride a scooter comfortably in order to help guests get around and explore the island!

Rules

Minimum stay is 2 weeks, maximum stay is 4 weeks.
Couples are not accepted.
We are looking for someone who has travelled within the Philippines prior (ideally ~2 weeks) to arriving at the hostel in order to help give guests useful suggestions for other islands and areas.
