What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.


What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Program Details

What We Expect From You:
As a volunteer in our secluded forest domain, we seek your enthusiasm for outdoor work. You'll help maintain 15km of trails, clear branches and prepare firewood. Depending on your skills, there could be opportunities to assist with building maintenance and new projects.
We value self-motivation, respect and passion for nature. The work is physically demanding but offers deep connections with nature and rewarding experiences.

We provide comfortable lodging with high-speed internet in a paradisiac setting. Public transportation is available to explore Quebec City and its cultural offerings. You’ll have access to personal growth workshops and retreats on your days off, enhancing life skills and personal development.

Activities & Shift

Daily Activities Checklist:

Trail Maintenance: Check and clear trails, maintain signage, and ensure pathways are safe and navigable.

Wood Management: Cut and split wood, organize firewood for winter storage, and clear brush from forested areas.

Building Maintenance: Depending on your skills, tasks may include painting, repairing, or upgrading actual facilities within the domain.

Recreational Facility Construction: Assist in building and installing benches, stairs, hammocks, and other trail amenities to enhance visitor experiences.

Wildlife Monitoring: Help in monitoring and maintaining habitats for the safety and health of local wildlife.

General Upkeep: Participate in general cleaning and upkeep of the communal areas and your living quarters.

Shift description (variable):
According to the weather, we recommande early morning 5hr shift from 7:00 to 12:00 (5 hours per day/5days).
