The experience

We're looking for social, charismatic, and lively volunteers to help us promote evening activities at our bar (game nights, beer pong, trivia night, etc.), show our guest the city's night life, and to help grow our social vibe.

Minimum stay is 4 weeks and 12 weeks maximum

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

Our goal is to have a team of 7-8 volunteers with a friendly and sociable personality, who can assist us with reception and engage with our guests.

As a volunteer, you would be an essential part of our team, and we would love for you to host various activities and events either during the day or evening.
From morning yoga sessions and Lucha Libre to trips to the ruins and market tours. You'll have plenty of downtime for opportunities to explore the beauty of Mexico City while immersing yourself in the local culture. Plus, you'll get to meet and interact with people from all around the world!

Activities & Shift

We are looking to create a community here. Your job as a volunteer will be to help out in creating a family and friendly vibe with all our guests. You can do this in many different ways and everyone adds something a little different.

5 shifts a week rotating reception, bar and our day and night activities!

What's expected?:

- Enjoy the space! This is your home and we want you to have a great time.
- Be friendly and sociable with our guests. Be joyful and lively.
- Be available if they need anything such as tips about the place, advice on the city, a good talk to warm the heart, a clean towel, or a hug!

Rules

**Non-Negotiable Policies:**

1. We kindly request that all individuals treat staff members, volunteers, and fellow guests with respect and consideration at all times.
2. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment.
3. The act of stealing is not acceptable within our establishment.
4. We ask that all guests refrain from engaging in sexual activities within the volunteer or guest dormitories.
5. For the sake of compliance with our policies, we kindly remind everyone not to remove any alcohol, including beer or spirits, from the bar after it has closed.
6. The use or distribution of illegal substances within our establishment is prohibited.

**House Rules:**

1. We appreciate your cooperation in washing your own dishes and cleaning your kitchen area after use.
2. In order to maintain a pleasant and orderly environment, we encourage everyone to keep personal belongings tidy and organized.
3. Eating in the rooms is discouraged to ensure a clean and comfortable space for all.
4. We would greatly appreciate the return of any water cups or beer bottles to their designated places after use in the rooms.
5. It is important to follow the established processes at both the bar and front desk to ensure smooth operations for all. Thank you for your understanding.
