Living at the Center means being part of a true community. It's a place where everyone supports one another and genuinely cares about the well-being of the group. the Center feels like home, like family. You feel heard and respected; you're encouraged to take part in the activities; you learn, laugh, and meet incredible people. You're trusted with responsibilities, and that trust is empowering. It's truly a place that leaves a lasting impression on the heart. See you soon! Love love love hihihihi

It feels like a lovely community with so many different people from all over the world. The food, land, classes and people make this space such a safe and wholesome homely environment. The manager really listens to what your skills and what you want to learn offering opportunities to try all areas of work!!! also there is so much opportunity to join classes and workshops run by amazing people 10000% recommend.

I spent almost 5 weeks volunteering at the Center and had an incredible time. It was my first experience with volunteering, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to start. I met so many wonderful people from all over the world and felt part of a truly special community. The work tasks were well-organised and manageable. One of the highlights was being able to join the yoga classes and workshops, they were not even fun but also great way to connect and grow. I also loved going for peaceful walks in nature around the Center. I can't recommend this place enough for everyone!

I had a beautiful time at swamis! In the beginning it might seem hard to find your place because there are lots of volunteers which can be overwhelming at first. But once you got into it it's amazing! And the people won't make it hard for you to feel welcome, everyone is super friendly and chatty. The nature around is beautiful and it's so great you can drop in every yoga class when you're off. The food is great as well and the work is fair. I would highly recommend going there :)

Absolutely loved my stay at the Center! Beautiful place with beautiful people and plenty of opportunities to attend yoga classes, workshops, go on nature walks, use the steam room and pool etc. Living and working together with the other volunteers you quickly bond with each other and at the end of my stay I really felt like we were one big family <3

This was my 3rd time at the Center and it feels like coming home thanks to Sanjay and Troy! The food is amazing and cleaning up together after meals feels more like a party than work. Housekeeping shifts allow for interesting conversations with people from all over the world. The yoga classes are plentiful in the huge and scenic yoga hall. An extra bonus is the gym and steam room. There are options for both introverts and extroverts to find their place and thrive. I can't say enough good things about the Center and recommend it to anyone looking for an intentional, thoughtful community.

I had a great time at Swamis! The culture is very community based and everyone contributes in different ways to do all of the tasks that the Center needs. The workload depends on the day and what is going on, tasks range from housekeeping, kitchen cleaning, maintenance, cooking, teaching yoga etc. I loved attending the yoga classes during my free time. I also loved being surrounded by nature and going on walks. And the pool is so nice!

I will be back!!! I loved swamis so much! As a first time volunteer I was a little nervous but the beds are so comfy and the meals are delicious. The work is enough to keep you busy but not too much so you get loads of free time to go to classes, use the facilities (pool, gym, steam room) or go for a walk in the bush. The other volunteers really make this place as well, eating together in a communal (and cozy) space alongside working with each other means you form strong bonds with the other vollies. I highly recommend swamis the Center for every kind of volunteer <3
