The experience

Hi there! I am Teresa, I am looking for couples that would like to come and help me and enjoy a lovely Italian village for October. Tasks will include garden work (pruning bushes, lifting and digging, land clearning, strimming), maintainence, some building work, cleaning and preping for the winter season. Walking/groom dogs, help with Chickens, Goats. Work in mornings from 8am to 1pm then we enjoy a cooked lunch. All afternoons, evenings free.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Italian

Over 25 years old

Only welcomes couples and partners (does not accept solo volunteers)

Program Details

I need help with everything general from painting, garden work and planting vegitables, land, building pathways etc maybe even demoloshing a house :-)
Volunteers must be animal friendly and willing to muck in with the animals and take the dogs for a walk. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs and chickens, goats. I cook a big lunch every day where we eat together and the rest of the day you are free. It's very informal here, you have your own space and privacy.

Activities & Shift

We start to work in the morning from 8am to 1/2pm, around 5hrs a day followed by Lunch. We generally all work together on a range of different tasks every day. So no day is the same.
Afternoons and Evenings are your own unless we jointly decide to make plans.

Rules

I will provide food like, meat, pasta 🍝 vegetables 🌽 bread, eggs, no problem 👍🏻 but gluten free and vegan 🙄 they may need a cooking contribution.
