The experience

Hi there! I am Teresa, I am looking for assistance from end of September/Oct/Nov. Tasks will include manual garden work (pruning bushes, lifting and digging, land clearning, strimming), maintainence, building work, cleaning and preping for the winter season. Walking dogs and helping with Chickens, work in mornings from 8am to 1pm. While you enjoy the mountains of Gallinaro, All afternoons, evenings free.

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Italian

Over 25 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

I need help with everything general from painting, garden work and planting vegitables, land clearing. building pathways etc maybe even demoloshing a house :-)
And I may also require help with social media for the B&B, facebook and instagram, walking dogs, cleaning and general property maintenace. Volunteers must be animal friendly and willing to muck in with the animals and take the dogs for a walk. I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and chickens. I cook a big lunch every day where we eat together and the rest of the day you are free. It's very informal here, you have your own space and privacy.

Activities & Shift

We start to work in the morning from 7/8am to 1/2pm, followed by Lunch. I prefer to work in the morning because it can be hot and then we have free time in the afternoon.
Afternoons and Evenings are your own unless we jointly decide to make plans.

Rules

I will provide food like, meat, pasta 🍝 vegetables 🌽 bread, eggs, no problem 👍🏻 but gluten free and vegan 🙄 they may need a contribution.
