The experience

We are looking for an artistic soul to help us build a Kids Art Club for the young kids in the neiborhood.

As a facilitator, you'll need to plan for the activities (coloring, painting, crafting, singing, dancing - any kind of art) for a small group of kids aged 4 to 7.

You'll be provided with materials and help (when needed). The club is from 19:00 to 20:15, 6 days a week.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

1 day off per week

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 22 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

I (Terrie) provide materials and guidance for the activities and volunteers bring their own expertise and experience to the table.

Activities & Shift

5:00 playing with Mia and Liam
5:45 dinner time
6:45 arriving at the club (within walking distance)
7:00 starting the activities
8:15 finishing
until 9:00 planning time

Rules

Volunteers must return to the apartment by 10pm for their own safety and for the sake of the host's routine. The night life in Nha Trang is not so interesting, anyway.
