Rules
Let’s be clear, this is not a vacation. We offer a lot, and in return, we’re only looking for committed, motivated individuals. This is a place where urgency, purpose, and focus drive everything we do. We expect high work ethic, a solution-oriented mindset, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on. If you thrive in a structured setting, love problem-solving, and enjoy being part of a hardworking, supportive team, then this is the place for you.
Volunteers are asked to commit to 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and ready to work with purpose. While we don’t expect experts, each role does require some level of competence and a willingness to learn. We don’t tolerate slack, and everyone starts with a 3-day trial period to ensure it’s a good fit. If tasks aren’t being completed or effort is lacking, we’ll ask you to leave. We want you to thrive here, and with dedication and a positive attitude, you’ll find this a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
If you're interested in either position shoot me a message and I will send you over our google form application! And then we can book a call!
