The experience

We need assistance in the kitchen, with farming tasks, and cleaning on our farm. If you're passionate about culinary arts, enjoy working with crops, and have an eye for cleanliness, we'd love to have you join our team. From preparing delicious meals using fresh ingredients to tending to our fields and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, there's plenty to do and learn on our farm.


What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Program Details

You will be responsible for helping during the transformation of our products to create the menu of the restaurant. During the week the preparation of the menu will be organized, while during the weekend the work will be concentrated during service. Coaching in the kitchen will allow you to acquire skills in the transformation of vegetables and legumes and in the preparation of bread and fresh pasta using only the ancien grain flour autoproduced.

The person will take care of cleaning everything that concerns the work of the farm. Specifically, he/she will take care of the cleaning of the restaurant, ensuring that the setup is always accurate and adequate, of cleaning the kitchen and of cleaning and setting up the guest rooms. He/she will also manage the part relating to the making of the beds and will be responsible for ensuring that everything is in order for the arrival of guests.


Activities & Shift

The work program is always very varied: generally we start on Wednesday morning to prepare the menu: washing and processing vegetables, bread making, fresh pasta...

Starting from Thursday evening and throughout the weekend we focus mainly on service of the dinner, so the work focuses above all on the mise en place and plating.

The person will be responsible for helping in all the work concerning the fields: sowing, transplanting, irrigation, harvesting, manual weeding. The work linked to our crops is very varied as we grow many types of seasonal vegetables, legumes, cereals and fruit. Working on mountain terrain many jobs must be carried out by hand or with the aid of simple machinery, but the satisfaction is priceless :)
