Join us in Preten, where the river whispers tales of tranquility and the gardens bloom with the promise of community connection.

As a volunteer, your days will be filled with diverse tasks, from lending a hand in household chores and nurturing our flourishing gardens to fostering bonds with our friendly neighbors.

What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate German or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Travel insurance

Help in the house and the garden and with neighbours - you should be able to cook - I am a lousy cook

3 to 5 hours per day, but no fixed times and variable during the week
