The experience

We are looking for an autonomous volunteer, to support us during the events season full of beautiful gatherings, retreats, camps, and youth exchanges. Come, join us, and contribute to a more regenerative world with your organizational skills.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

We are happy to receive dedicated and inspired service-minded volunteers, who are interested in spirituality, nature, and alternative living. With 30 hours a week of commitment, you have the opportunity to develop a variety of soft and hard skills. In the mean time, you have the fulfilling experience of being at service to yourself, your surroundings, other beings, and the divine.

What we offer is all the beauty that comes along with being part of Ananda Kalyani. You will belong to a spiritually and ecologically minded project, be part of daily spiritual practices such as kiirtan and meditation (optional), have access to inspiring knowledge and visions on a regenerative world, live in the midst of astonishing nature, be challenged (!!), receive spiritual teachings, and support from spiritual guides through your inner and outer journey.


Activities & Shift

+ Organisation of events; brainstorming, planning, budgeting, administration of payments, forms etc., meetings with other teams, with venue seekers and facilitators.
+ Feedback Rounds: developing better strategies and structures for events management
+ Task distribution for events and check-up that everything goes as planned
+ Receptionist for events

For this role we look for an independent team player, who is good at; following guidelines from our committees; administrative and organisation; is used to deal with many parameters, groups and people; has experience in events coordination; and has a passion for doing spiritual/eco events. At last, an innovative and stress resistant mind come in handy!


Rules

In our community and around our premises we only eat vegetarian/sattvic foods. There are no drugs, smoking or alcohol allowed. We live by yogic principles and we can show that life can be pretty fun and exciting without these things.
