The experience
As Sales & Promoter, you will be the face of our watersport and boat activities. Your main task is to engage with guests directly at the beach and pool, presenting our experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism. With your outgoing personality and sales skills, you will inspire guests to join activities while ensuring a smooth booking process and a luxury-level guest experience.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:

You can use our laundry room freely.
Surf lessons:

Intermediate Italian and Fluent English
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
As a Sales & Promoter you will represent our watersport and boat activities within a luxury 5-star resort. Your role is to engage with guests at the beach and pool, presenting experiences such as jetski, tubing, eFoil, flyboard, snorkeling, and yacht excursions. An Academy program will train you for the role; if you successfully complete it and meet our requirements, you will be offered a seasonal contract.
Activities & Shift
Approach and engage guests in beach and pool areas
Promote and sell watersport and boat activities
Handle bookings and coordinate with the watersport team
Provide guest support with a professional, friendly approach
Shifts: 6–8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week (seasonal)
Rules
EU passport and fluent English & Italian are mandatory
Previous sales experience and guest-handling skills required
Maintain professional behavior and 5-star service standards
Be punctual, proactive, extroverted, and guest-focused
Follow resort policies and appearance guidelines
