The experience

Skipper & Watersport Instructor
Leads boat excursions and watersport activities, ensures guest safety and premium service, maintains equipment. Mandatory boat licence. Requires English & Italian, EU passport, and ability to work in a 5-star environment.


What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Intermediate Italian and Fluent English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport

Program Details

The role combines boat handling with watersport instruction in a luxury 5-star resort setting. You will lead and support activities such as jetski, tubing, flyboard, eFoil, and wakeboard, ensuring guest safety and premium service. An Academy program is included to train you for the role; if you successfully complete it and meet our criteria, you may be offered a contract.


Activities & Shift

Activities & Shifts

Daily boat preparation, refueling, and safety checks

Leading excursions and watersport sessions (jetski, tubing, flyboard, eFoil, wakeboard, etc.)

Assisting and coaching guests both on board and in the water

Maintaining and storing equipment after use

Shifts: 6–8 hours, 5–6 days per week, depending on season and guest demand

Valid boat licence is mandatory
