The experience
Volunteers will be involved in various activities aimed at supporting our initiatives such as:
a) Assisting in production processes for reusable sanitary pads
b) Participating in operational tasks such as inventory management and packaging
c) Engaging in community outreach programs to raise awareness about menstrual health
d) Contributing to capacity-building workshops for local women and girls.

We expect our volunteers to actively engage in our initiatives, bringing their unique skills, creativity, and enthusiasm to the table. From assisting in the production of reusable sanitary pads to participating in community outreach programs and supporting capacity-building workshops, Worldpackers will play a vital role in our various projects aimed at empowering adolescent girls and promoting sustainable practices. We strive to create a rewarding and impactful experience for our Worldpackers, where they can make meaningful contributions while learning and growing personally and professionally. We encourage open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect among all team members.
Activities & Shift
Activities:
Production Assistance: Assist in the production of reusable sanitary pads, including cutting fabric, sewing, and assembling pads. Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards.
Operational Support: Help with inventory management, including organizing materials and supplies. Assist in packaging and labelling finished products for distribution.
Distribution and Outreach: Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness about menstrual health and hygiene. Distribute reusable sanitary pads to local schools, community centers, and other partner organizations.
Capacity Building Workshops: Support the facilitation of capacity-building workshops on menstrual health, hygiene, and sustainable practices. Assist with logistical arrangements for workshops, including setting up equipment and materials.
Shifts (Monday to Thursday): 1100hrs-1500hrs.
