My position here was to take care of Ayla. Ayla is an amazing child, she's is so fun to be with and play with. She is smiling all the time and just comunicates with you so good. I had the oportunity to meet the rest of the crew at the camping, as I lived at the house, and meeting them is amazing.

Volunteering at the camping was a great time looking back to it. Although, there were difficulties with communication sometimes between the hosts and the crew, I personally enjoyed the time there with all the other volunteers and colleagues. All in all, if you are comfortable with working and living in the bush and sorting bins, I do recommend going there. On the one hand, to meet some inspiring international individuals, but also to experience living in the wild and without the comfort most of us are used to.

Best part was meeting other international travelers! If you are prepared to live remote and be one with nature you can have a good time

The camping is above all else, a melting pot of kinship. I've never felt closer to complete strangers faster in my entire traveling life. Between cooking, surfing, or bonding over struggling to start a fire with wet logs, no one does communal living like the camping

I can only recommend volunteering at the camping. It made me feel like home somewhere in Australia. The tasks are alright and you got enough free time. It's a plus if you got your own car and surfboard, just because there are so many nice beaches in the area around crescent head. I met so many lovely people, within the crew, on the camping and locals!
