I had the best volunteering experience at Nomads Cave Hotel. This wasn't the camping but I volunteered in their cave hotel in Goreme. I worked as their receptionist from 5pm-10pm. I enjoyed the worked and I felt trusted. I handled their payments, check-ins and helping guests plan their itinerary. We were given good food everyday, the mattress where we slept was comfortable and I had enough time to see Cappadocia! They helped me in booking my balloon flight and even a quick photoshoot. Above all, Ceren and Anil the whole team are the best people to work with! Highly recommended!

It was a very cool experience. All the staff is very cool and the place is very nice. nice views and super central to get to know cappadocia. You have a lot of free time and the tasks are very easy, plus Ceren is very flexible and the communication is super easy. I hope I can come back and stay longer.

Nice experience at Nomads Cave Hotel! The location is at the centre of Göreme. İ could do hikes and visit all the villages around, which was perfect. The food was amazing, specially the breakfast, and the staff very nice. Totallly recommended. Görüşürüz

I had a great experience as a volunteer here! Amazing location in Capadoccia and the house where the volunteers lived was very comfortable and with beautiful landscapes and hike trails nearby. The staff was very nice and Anil was super helpful with everything I needed. He drove us everyday to work and took us balloon spotting one morning! Definitely I would recommend this place to volunteer :)

My stay was fantastic! The views and hiking were more than I could ask for. I did the morning breakfast and sometimes housekeeping so I had plenty of time to explore the area. Everyone was helpful and wanted me to have a good experience.

Although the camping site wasn't ready, Anil offered to volunteer at a hotel and the rooftop bar. The volunteers lived off-site at a house with a garden and plenty of space. I connected with many volunteers and we still keep in touch. Doga, the receptionist, is out of this world. She was so helpful throughout the stay and really made it a very easy job at the reception. I would definitely recommend the experience whether you do the camping site or the hotel. The landscape looks surreal and the hot air balloons are just a must-see.

Anil communicated beforehand that volunteering at the campsite was not possible at the time. Instead we agreed on different tasks together. But the best part of the stay was definitely the other volunteers! They were amazing!

Really great time even though it was cut short by a situation back home. I loved my time and loved the location. The food provided was excellent, the staff great, and the landscape absolutely beautiful. Anil is also a great boss too, and super accommodating when I had to leave early.

Anil was a great host, very flexible and understanding. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and willing to help you. Stand out to Doga and Miss Hannife which I spent the most time with, they're lovely! My favorite part was the Turkish breakfast (which you're granted if you work in the morning shift) and Katie and Anna who saved my journey ❤️ For coming volunteers: You'll stay in a volunteer house in another town 15min drive away from Göreme, not at the hotel. You can cook your meals there, and if you're a digital nomad as I am, internet speed is not the best but it's bearable.

I had a nice experience here. At the beginning I was a little thrown off: the job is at a hotel (not at a the camping), the accommodation is a house 10 minutes away by car, and I was expecting to work at reception, instead I worked as a waitress at the hotel restaurant, so initial communication wasn't the best. That said, Anıl was a very welcoming host, the work was easy and I worked at nights, so I had the whole day to explore the surroundings. The people working at the hotel were also very sweet and there were many other volunteers to spend wonderful time with❤️ So all in all a good experience!
