Cappadocia is pure magic, the landscapes and the atmosphere are unreal. It was a special experience. I worked as a waitress in the bar from 6–11 pm, and the schedule was always respected. The job was easy and we had a ride to and from the place, which was great. The accommodation was beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and socialize, and Kaya, the house dog, made everything better. The meals were simple but fine — mostly rice, beans, or pasta — so sometimes I cooked my own to add more veggies, protein and fruits. Still, I met amazing people and would love to return to Cappadocia someday.

What a privilege to be in Capaddocia for 2 weeks, the views are amazing, sometimes even breathtaking (the balloons, underground city, the hikes ☀️) and of course Kaya 🐶 I work as a waiters, from 6pm to 11pm, so we worked 5 hours, 6 days a week 😊 The food it's basic, for breakfast we had options (bread, eggs, some fruit, oats, tea, cheese). For lunch we needed to cook (there is some vegetables in the house, but feel free to ask for more) and at night, the dinner in the hotel was pasta/rice, or potato's, with some beens Overall, I am very grateful to have had this experience, thank you 🫶

I had a great experience as a volunteer here! Amazing location in Capadoccia and the house where the volunteers lived was very comfortable and with beautiful landscapes and hike trails nearby. The staff was very nice and Anil was super helpful with everything I needed. He drove us everyday to work and took us balloon spotting one morning! Definitely I would recommend this place to volunteer :)

My stay was fantastic! The views and hiking were more than I could ask for. I did the morning breakfast and sometimes housekeeping so I had plenty of time to explore the area. Everyone was helpful and wanted me to have a good experience.

Although the camping site wasn't ready, Anil offered to volunteer at a hotel and the rooftop bar. The volunteers lived off-site at a house with a garden and plenty of space. I connected with many volunteers and we still keep in touch. Doga, the receptionist, is out of this world. She was so helpful throughout the stay and really made it a very easy job at the reception. I would definitely recommend the experience whether you do the camping site or the hotel. The landscape looks surreal and the hot air balloons are just a must-see.

Anil communicated beforehand that volunteering at the campsite was not possible at the time. Instead we agreed on different tasks together. But the best part of the stay was definitely the other volunteers! They were amazing!

Really great time even though it was cut short by a situation back home. I loved my time and loved the location. The food provided was excellent, the staff great, and the landscape absolutely beautiful. Anil is also a great boss too, and super accommodating when I had to leave early.

Anil was a great host, very flexible and understanding. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and willing to help you. Stand out to Doga and Miss Hannife which I spent the most time with, they're lovely! My favorite part was the Turkish breakfast (which you're granted if you work in the morning shift) and Katie and Anna who saved my journey ❤️ For coming volunteers: You'll stay in a volunteer house in another town 15min drive away from Göreme, not at the hotel. You can cook your meals there, and if you're a digital nomad as I am, internet speed is not the best but it's bearable.

I had a nice experience here. At the beginning I was a little thrown off: the job is at a hotel (not at a the camping), the accommodation is a house 10 minutes away by car, and I was expecting to work at reception, instead I worked as a waitress at the hotel restaurant, so initial communication wasn't the best. That said, Anıl was a very welcoming host, the work was easy and I worked at nights, so I had the whole day to explore the surroundings. The people working at the hotel were also very sweet and there were many other volunteers to spend wonderful time with❤️ So all in all a good experience!
