Digital Marketing Strategy and Social Media Management.
The experience
We are looking for help with digital marketing support in exchange for free accommodation.
The content creator will be responsible for developing content strategy, high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
You will need to be intermediate/advance in image/video editing software, and have your own computer to conduct the work.
What you offer

Content Writer:
Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.

Requirements
Fluent English
Between 20 and 40 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
Be from outside Thailand

Program Details
As digital marketing manager, you will enjoy free accommodation in one of our dorm rooms staying with other guests. Your main role is to help us strategise and development content for the year of 2024.
Activities & Shift
1. Develop an annual digital marketing strategy, action plan, and calendar.
2. Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for our social media accounts.
3. Schedule posts according to the established plan.
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
5. Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice.
6. Interact other guests and engage in group activities and events to capture material required for the content.
7. Other ad-hoc tasks around the premise operation when staff is pre-occupied, such as helping guests to check in or out.
Rules
1. Follow local laws & regulations, you're responsible for your own safety.
2. Follow other house rules like taking off shoes on guest room floors, keep a low volume after 22:00, only eat & drink sugary drinks in the dining area, no smoking/vaping in door...etc. Be a good role model to other guests.
3. We sign an exchange agreement with every volunteer.
