It was a good time. My goal was not a party or travel but more of a starting point for my journey. the hostelwas perfect for that. Work is chill, management is kind and people in the place are nice too. It was a pleasant experience 🙌🏽

By far our worst volunteer experience. The person “in charge” was super disrespectful with us and we experienced a task overload everyday. We were both put in reception but were expected to do the management of the whole hostel alongside with the rest of the volunteers team. The real manager is only available through whatsapp since he lives in a different city. We were left alone to face problems with guests and the hostel didn't want to take any responsibility but afterwards they questioned our actions, nonsense. As top of the cherry the volunteer room is dark, small and moldy.

Aldo desde el primer día queria que tus compañeros inclumplieran las reglas para generarle un beneficio, se referia a sus compañeros voluntarios con palabras despectivas, minimizando su esfuerzo, nuestro programa exige un deposito de seguridad el cual no depositaron aprovechando su posición en recepción, repetidas llegadas tarde y mala actitud hacia los huespedes fueron los motivos que me llevaron a terminar el voluntariado de forma anticipada

I enjoyed the location and relaxing vibe of this hostel. The other volunteers were very friendly and welcoming. The work was fairly easy to do and as agreed upon The improvements I would recommend would be for the owner to communicate effectively and be more respectful. By my second week, I was threatened to be replaced due to lack of being trained properly. This is unfortunate for a leadership role and not okay. Management is also communicates poorly in a degrading manner. There also was never yoga or dance classes as mentioned when applying for the position.

El hostelfue mi primer destino como voluntariada y realmente no tengo más para decir que GRACIAS gracias por recibirme y permitirme vivir esta experiencia. hermoso lugar tanto estético como también cada una de las maravillosas personas que se hospedan aquí, voluntarios como huéspedes. es un ambiente increíble, lleno de alegría, buena vibra y no puedo no recalcar lo buenos compañeros que fueron conmigo. aquí conocí por primera vez lo que es rodearte de personas buenas, sin mala intención. lo pactado fue un mes y decidí extender mi tiempo, sin dudarlo me dejaron y si fuera por mí no me iría más🩷

El hostel es increible, parece que estás en medio de la selva pero no, estás enel hostel. La verdad que sentí el lugar como mí casa, y a la gente que estuvo conmigo como a una familia, tanto voluntarios como huespedes. Alexa, la encargada es genial y entiende todo. Respeto lo acordado y te da cierta libertad para organizar el trabajo que tienes que hacer y además te ayuda en lo que nececites. Súper recomendable tener la experienciael hostel.

Estuve un mes enthe hostel como voluntaria y fue una lindisima experiencia!! Alexa y el resto de los voluntarios me hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer día, me sentí muy cómoda y me hice buenos amigos. Mí trabajo era hacer los desayunos y se cumplieron siempre los horarios y días acordados. El hostel es realmente muy lindo, sumergido en plantas selváticas que le dan una onda muy chill para descansar, y la cocina es súper amplia y linda. Graciasthe hostel ❤️❤️

El hosteles una familia completamente. Me gustó tanto que quise expandir un poco mi estadía. Un lugar tranquilo y bonito. Como recomendación extra es que hay demasiados mosquitos enel hostel y el clima es muy muy húmedo así que las habitaciones tienen humedad. Pero fuera de eso todo muy bien! :)

O hostel é incrivel, tem uma vibe natureza e fica em uma otima localização perto de restaurantes e lojas. A Liderança da Alexa foi incrivel, ela e uma pessoa muito amavel e muito bem organizada com a divisão das tarefas. Achei o quarto para voluntarios muito pequeno e sem ventilação, acredito que seria bacana se pudessem melhorar este ponto. Em linhas gerais uma boa experiência.

The hosteles un lugar bien lindo, es selvático y tranquilo. Encontré personas bien bellas, con comunicación siempre se hace un buen equipo, muy linda experiencia. Alexa siempre muy flexible :) gracias por todo.
