I had an amazing time at the hostel! Helene was a joy and both her and Dave were quick to respond and made sure everything was in order. The location of the hostel is just perfect and it's a good size, meaning the work load was never too overwhelming. If there was a big group staying Helene would help us with the cleaning. The other volunteers were amazing too. There wasn't a set amount of hours we had to work, it was based on how much needed to be cleaned. We were able to get free bikes and some money for food was provided which was amazing, wish I could have stayed longer!

I spent a month volunteering at this hostel and it was an amazing experience! The work is simple and only in the mornings, which means you have the whole afternoon to explore the beautiful island. Helene and Dave are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the same goes for all the locals I had the chance to meet. The hostel itself is cozy and perfectly located: just a short walk from the port, several bars, and a supermarket where you can do your grocery shopping with the money they give you. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better first experience with Worldpackers. Highly recommended!

My time at the hostel was truly amazing! I was volunteering during a pretty slow season and worked for only a couple hours a day, sometimes 3, the rest of the day I was free to relax or explore the beautiful island. The work was straightforward and easy, Dave and the other volunteers were so welcoming and kind to me. I met many of the locals and made many new friends:) I would highly recommend volunteering on Inis Mor!

My stay at Kilronan was great! Dave is so great! So is Helen! Food is provided. Bikes are provided. Working hours are respected and flexible if you are wanting to make plans. Always felt safe and comfortable. If you want to experience laid back island life with plenty of nature to explore, I would absolutely recommend. There's some good pubs with music. A couple spots to eat. The locals are kind. Definitely a beautiful sense of community here! Grateful to experience it!

This was such a special time! It's the offseason so the work was generally pretty light and we had lots of time to do our own thing and explore the island. We extended our stay longer than I though we would and maybe someday we'll return for longer!

This was my first experience as a worldpacker and everything was beautiful. The job isn't hard, the amount of working hours are always respected and you have the entire afternoon for exploring the magic island by walk or with the bikes that are provided to you. Thanks Helene and Dave for your welcoming and the adventure that I was lucky to experience:))

There couldn't be a better place to do my first volunteer. Helene and Dave are amazing people. The work is very quiet and you will have a lot of time to enjoy every corner of the island, which is simply amazing. I highly recommend it and it is already on my list of places to return to 🫶🏽

I had 2 amazing weeks on Inishmore. The island's natural beauty is breathtaking, and having a free bike to explore made it even better. The work was straightforward, with clear tasks and a well-respected schedule, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings. We were also provided money for food and the kitchen is super well equipped. The hosts are very welcoming and funny. Overall, a wonderful experience - I would highly recommend it to anyone! ☺️
