The experience

The primary purpose of our organization is to create a profitable living for the society to preserve the tea culture of the mountainous region. By having a volunteer aid in content creation & website development, we can increase the visibility of our homestay program & spread immersive cultural experiences to people.
The volunteer can expect to learn about tea, the Red Dzao people, farming in mountainous Cao Bo Vietnam,


What you offer

3 hours of help per day

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 8 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: Volunteers contribute $8 per day to cover for food, tea, excursions, and volunteer activities.


What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Activities & Shift

As a volunteer, you'll delve into the intricacies of tea cultivation, gaining valuable insights into the age-old traditions upheld by the local community. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily life of the Red Dzao people, learning firsthand about their customs, traditions, and way of life.

Whether you're a digital enthusiast eager to lend your expertise or an adventurer seeking meaningful cultural exchanges, this volunteer opportunity offers a truly immersive experience in the heart of Vietnam's mountainous region. - A typical day would look like:
+ Wake up & breakfast: 8am
+ Web work session: 9-12pm
+ Lunch: 12pm
+ Rest hour: 1-2pm
+ Free time: 2-6pm
+ Dinner: 6pm
+ Tea + free time: 7pm
+ Bed: 10pm or whenever


Rules

As it is a shared space we ask any volunteers and guest to remain quiet after 10pm, so everyone can have a good rest.
