Parting is such sweet sorrow! What a joy it was to live with Nao and her family! Teaching and becoming involved in village life was truly a life changing experience, and the jungle background makes it all the more rejuvenating. I would definitely recommend this project for volunteers who are flexible, willing to learn new things and help in whatever way you can, while also taking some time to rest. We made a podcast episode if you want to know more of my thoughts :) https://youtu.be/Dos6tQyzMFw?si=LSkrSzwiU7gZ4oJz Nao is going to change the world, so get involved while you can!!

I spent two weeks volunteering at films farm School, however if I was able, I would've spent much longer. My role as a volunteer was varied, I helped with teaching, building and writing during my time on the farm. But I also had lots of free time to spend as I wished; being with nature, meditating, swimming in the local pool and socialising with locals and the other volunteers. I felt very welcome and at ease around Nao and her family. I am in awe of Nao's story, her creativity, ambition and commitment to supporting communities. This is a truly valuable experience and would highly recommend.

Abigale is such easy and commit person to be around. She very relax and find her own place and space that be very considered for the community. She can be so creative and push forward her own duty and task until the best and end. She has no hesitate to offer and share her ideas to help us even we have to ask. She very supportive and appreciate the opportunity and space she has here. Feel so much that we can rely on her. And we find out that she has the gift talent to be the ghost writer for us. She can capture our feeling thinking and doing into the very impressive story. Come back.

I totally recommend the eco village and I would definitely come back. Nao makes sure you feel at home, part of the family and included in all activities. Her mom's food is delicious, and her father always have some fruit for us :) The students are lovely, the environment is peaceful and I loved my accommodation. We have motorbike at our disposal, a swimming pool close to the school and a lot of good opportunities to help. We have daily meetings in the morning, where we can hear about her expectations for the day and learn how we can help. it was my first volunteer and I loved the experience!

I spent a great week at Nao and her family's house. They are very good people, helpful and super kind. Her mom cooked us exquisite Thai food all week. Nao was always willing to help us with our tasks, and she also took us to visit several local markets and attractive places. In my case, I was working in the carpentry building a furniture that we then placed in one of the rooms. My work was calm and without pressures. I really had a great week there, I made new friends and had a lot of fun. I highly recommend that you do this volunteering

We had a very nice week! We just went the last week of school for the children so we tried to make sure everyone had fun, the work wasn't hard at all, although we organized, cleaned, taught English, cooked, played and Fran built a furniture, we felt like we were having a good time with friends 🥰 We loved sharing with your family and friends Nao! We are happy we did it! thank you very much for everything 😊

It has been a pleasure to be part of the eco village. First of all thank to you Nao, i considered you are such a professional person, very ambitious and your ideas to carry with the project are very clear, making it even more productive. I've been helping with the web page, but the main objective of the farm is to receive and teach English to children. From the beginning I have felt integrated into the project, i had a great time hanging out in the village with the other volunteers and some new local friends. I truly recommend to be part of filmfarmschool for a long time!! See u soon Nao!

It has been a pleasure to has Ivan appearing at Filmsfarmschool. His childlike and giggle on everything lived up the place and others around. You were willing to try out and be part in any projects in community. Loving to see you cooking from Yaya recipe and even called to wake her up to help from Spain. You were like our little brother in family and community. The golden fish will miss you and wait for you to change the water for them. Come back for the Smart city project in Lamhun. I think you actually come to be here for this reason.

What an amazing experience. This was my first ever time volunteering and immediately I was welcomed into the family. I came to help Nao grow her YouTube channel but was also given the opportunity to teach English to the Thai students and help with some DIY work as well! We often to trips to the nearby markets (which are very cheap), the workday is pretty chilled and its a great opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture. I loved my time here and would recommend it to any other traveller :) Special thankyou to Nao, you really went over and above. I'll be following the YouTube journey!

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't have asked for more! Nao is a special person. She's fun, lively, generous, passionate and such an inspiration. She always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The place is surprisingly beautiful and peaceful, the room is cosy and the food cooked by Mae is simply delicious. I'm grateful for the chance to teach English in the village, had so much fun and was able to connect with the local people who are so kind and friendly! Had a great time with the other volunteers as well. I'm full of amazing memories, can't wait to come back :)

Staying at the eco village was truely an incredible experience and one that I will never forget. Nao was such a welcoming and kind host who ensured I got the most out of my stay. She provided me with amazing opportunities to get involved with the community by teaching English and engaging with local culture. Staying at the eco village felt like an escape from reality as it was so peaceful and calming. The food provided everyday, cooked by Ma, was amazing. The facilities were great, I loved staying in my own hut and waking up everyday to the sounds of birds. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall I enjoyed my time at filmfarm as a first experience. I did 5.hours of work a day, clarify how much your role has it varies. Highlights: trying out new skills, fellow volunteers, great property with lots of shade, rooms + showers were decent, great porch to chill on. Negatives: Host was disengaged at times, telling me to orientate a new volunteer who arrived in the evening (7pm) because she is going to bed. Perhaps it's a cultural thing but I expect if someone comes to my house I greet them. As more people arrived the quality of food went down and we were asked to pay extra on

Bestin might be the most quite volunteer we had so far. But most we saw him with smile. He also can send his soft and calm energy In the early morning throughout the middle part of the farm that he usually sit meditation and yoga. Be around him.is easy and simple. So how come We can't forget his name. :) And our family all here try our best to remember and call everybody by name. But as now we have several teams of work, it easier to refer them by team work name.

As host to open people to my house. I will be more clear with future volunteers that likely I will not engage with them in the evening or night time as most of the day we all around. My evening routine would be reading, relax, review diary my day myself. And I wake up to work from 4am.

Asking for extra stock food for people who need more protien muscle, it necessary and fair not for everyone, For one-two more eggs chicken are ok, but for 4 eggs each day for person for several person it was actually unconsidered for us.

As for quatily of food were down as you felt, we are sorry, but my parent did the best as they can to serve eveyone and make sure that everyone has enough to eat 3 meals a day. 2-3 menues each meal.

BD Cakes it special requirement and extra work that I love to do for volunteer here cause they away from home in their BD. Even as time of that day I have another 2 meetings waiting to do at that night.

Thanks for reveiw both sides for your experience. It would help us to be more clear with next future volunteers about all this to be considered.
