The experience

We are an eco-retreat village in Italy & a community centre in the making. The Center is the cornerstone of an initiative to regenerate a nearby village into a thriving community.

Our vision is that this centre will become an academy and safe haven dedicated to ethically, environmentally, and socially responsible living, commerce, and business.

At the moment, we host retreats until September.

Program Details

We are looking for...
Like-minded and like-hearted people who are dedicated to service and shared values. Currently we are looking for individuals available and interested to help us prepare for the winter season after the summer retreats (general cleaning, taking tents down, organising), as well as help in the olive harvest (September/October). Most work will be outside on the land.

If you enjoy living and working in a culture committed to personal growth and inner work, and you look forward to embracing open, honest communication with people who lovingly respect the land, different cultures and belief systems, and the sacred nature of all living things… We want to hear from you!

Activities & Shift

We ask for a commitment of 25 hours a week (5 hours x 5 days a week).

Your shifts may vary. If you help us during our events (in September), you may work in the morning (8am-1pm) or afternoon shift (2-7pm), including Saturday and Sunday (so, your days off may be during the week).
From the end of September, the whole team will be working in the morning together, Monday-Friday.
