Program Details

Volunteers in our language camps in Switzerland may be responsible for a range of tasks, depending on their skills and experience. These tasks may include:

Kitchen assistance: Volunteers are asked to help our cooks with meal preparation and afterwards with the dishwashing, after every meal.

Housekeeping: language camps are typically crowded and action-packed locations and things can get really messy really fast. Our volunteers are tasked with maintaining the hygiene of the camp on the highest level possible, throughout the week.

Keep in mind that we have several camp locations in Switzerland (Liddes, Schwarzsee, Estavayer, Braunwald) and all of them have different starting dates.

After you apply via Worldpackers, we will need to organise a short online meeting to go through every detail. :)

Activities & Shift

We will require assistance for 4-6 hours per day; remember that it's rarely a full 6-hour shift, but in cases of emergency, we might ask you for help!

Per week, we can guarantee you 1 day off.

Rules

Zero tolerance for drugs.
Alcohol can be consumed after 10:00 pm and outside of camp facilities.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
