Incredible experience. The work is flexible and can be done in the mornings so you have the whole rest of the day to explore the beautiful island. The hosts are caring and sweet. I made some amazing friends. Core memories, thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This was the best first Worldpackers experience I could've ever asked for. It was magical. I got to spend time with the team, and each person individually and as a group everyone at the host is AWESOME!!!! Not to mention they know all of the coolest spots on the island to go to and can give the best recommendations. I made so many friends with people living in the house and locals alike. I'll never forget my time on the island of Syros, which is one of the safest places I've ever visited in my life. It's so safe that you can feel at home pretty much automatically! :)

I really enjoyed my stay at the host! The hosts were super kind and helpful, and the other volunteers were lovely too. I feel like I've learned a lot about the environmental impact of tourism and also some basics about graphic design and communications

I had the most amazing time in Syros with the host, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had, and I truly could not have asked for anything more. Syros is a hidden gem, a beautiful island that, by the end of our two weeks, we didn't want to leave! I learned so much about and felt very immersed in the culture and livelihood of the island—a result of the program's layout and the team. I also made the most amazing friends from around the world with the other volunteers. I can't say enough good things about the team, they really welcomed us and made Syros feel like a second home!

The host was truly a life changing experience. The program does an amazing job of introducing you to locals and other volunteers to form life long friendships with people across the globe. I immediately felt welcomed by the team and was given recommendations of the best places to hike, swim, eat and shop around the island. The farm work was such a great way to give back to the land you are visiting and I learned so much from those running the farm about agriculture, Syros itself and sustainable farming. To say Syros is a hidden gem is an understatement, truly a magical place. Thank you !!

What a great experience! the host was very welcoming and helpful. I worked on the farm and the work was never too difficult, always ensuring breaks and such. I was very lucky to be able to stay with a great group of people. Syros may be small but there is so much there to experience. The house is right by the main city of Ermoupoli where you can catch buses anywhere, get anything you need, and explore! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

My first world packers experience and definitely not my last. Marina, Helen Io and the whole team are very welcoming, social able and will always help you with any issues you have during your stay. Very flexible working hours so I wouldn't worry if you have other plans they'll accommodate that into their schedule. Syros is beautiful and plenty of things to keep you busy on the island.

I had lots of fun and I clicked really well with the other people that were staying there. Syros was such a beautiful island and I will miss it! We got to meet some of the locals and it was a blast hanging out with everyone. The work wasn't too hard and I enjoyed learning about the island. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into before as it wasn't overly clear but I was more than pleasantly surprised. I will really miss the people I stayed with, I definitely made life long friendships.
