The experience
lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular workouts (for the heart and blood circulation), strength training, and stretching.
You'll need:
a desire to help people.
excellent verbal communication skills.
the ability to teach and motivate people.

physical fitness and endurance.
physical skills like movement, coordination, dexterity and grace.

What you offer
2 hours of help per day
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Description:
Volunteers contribute 100 USD during their stay to cater for accommodation, food and other bills .
