Speaking Practice for Language and Cultural Exchange
The experience
English is a global language, and we hope to help our students improve their English to achieve better academic and job prospects through real conversations in speaking sessions. We would like our volunteers to provide our students with interactive speaking activities and/or conversations.
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English
Between 18 and 55 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Be from outside Ecuador
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Activities & Shift
One of the main activities is the speaking session with the students. The number of sessions depends on the number of hours per day. Since we maintain a flexible schedule, it is usually discussed so the volunteers and the coordinator can agree on the number of hours per day and what days will be free.
