Male Only – Rotating Shift
The experience
Schedule:
2 overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM) and 2 shifts during the morning (7 AM – 3 PM) or afternoon (3 PM – 11 PM), depending on roster needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the reception and related areas remain clean and organized;
Handle, log, and resolve guest complaints and specific requests, reporting them to the leader and team in the shift report;
Welcome, identify, and guide guests regarding products and services.

Team Dorm:

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift
O que precisamos em troca:
- 2 dias madruga (23h às 7h) e os outros 2 dias nos turnos manhã (7h às 15h) ou tarde (15h às 23h), a depender da demanda da escala.
Escopo das atividades:
- Garante que a recepção e áreas correspondentes estejam limpas e organizadas;
- Atende , registra e lida com reclamações e solicitações especificas de hospedes e repassa para o líder e time no relato de turno;
- Recepciona, identifica e orienta hóspedes sobre produto e serviços;
- Realiza check in e check out;
- Faz o controle de acesso de hospedes.
