The experience

Looking for someone to help set up and oversee our breakfast. Nothing too advanced just someone relaxed and cool that knows how to cook and chat to guests.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 18 and 36 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

We require a minimum of 8 weeks commitment (you can work volunteer than that no problem).

We require a minimum of 16-20 hours of volunteer work a week you will never work more than this.


Activities & Shift

Our shifts are mostly 4 hours in duration which means you tend to work 4-5 shifts a week.
We have mix of shifts such as Housekeeping, Breakfast (serving breakfast to guests), evening custodial shifts (mostly laundry and cleaning the kitchens at both hostels), and events (leading guests around on pub crawls and dinner nights).
