I spent a few beautiful days in the lodge. It's a truly magical and special place. You're surrounded by nature and tranquility. I had the opportunity to get to know the surrounding communities, see wildlife such as porpoises, howler monkeys, dolphins, and many birds, and meet people from around the world who were visiting as tourists. I also enjoyed activities such as swimming, kayaking in the canal where it's located, and day and night tours. I'm very grateful for the attention and support I received from my hosts, who were always attentive and helpful.

Great host and great experience! The facilities are top tier, especially considering the natural surroundings. The hosts and working staff were really nice and helpful. A great opportunity to dive into the wild, learn about the Warao culture and get to share with international travelers. 100% recommended.

The lodge is an amazing place that gives you a unique experience in the jungle and allows you daily interactions with the Warau people. The team is very tight nit and the accomodations are some of the best jungle cabins I've stayed in for South America. You have the opportunity to join tours most days or to explore on your own for that part of the river. Unfortunately I fell ill and wasn't able to stay for the whole time that we'd agreed but thanks to how the lodge is run I was able to meet some amazing guests that helped me out too.

O voluntariado no eco lodge é extremamente confortável com uma a cabana individual e todas as refeições são boas, terá uma grande imersão na natureza, as atividades do voluntario são muito tranquilas, servir os hospedes no cafe da manha almoço e janta, mas isso ocupa quase todo o dia o que da poucos intervalos livre para descanso. Mas quando não ha hospedes poderá ter dias off. Terá oportunidade de fazer passeios em lancha, assim poderá conhecer mais sobre a cultura indígena Warao e biodiversidade da região. É uma experiencia incrível vale a pena. Recomendo a todos da comunidade.

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento ha sido verdaderamente inolvidable. Conectarme con la naturaleza en su máximo esplendor, rodeado por el río, el clima, la fauna y lo amable que es la comunidad Warao en el alojamiento Amacuro, ha sido una vivencia incomparable. Agradezco la calidez y hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan en el alojamiento, me hicieron sentir bien recibido. Además, las instalaciones se encuentran en excelente estado, lo que las hace ideales para quienes deseen trabajar de manera remota. Gracias por todo.

La experiencia ha sido increíble. Convivir con la naturaleza, conocer las comunidades indígenas, el intercambio cultural… el alojamiento es un lugar maravilloso y en este lodge realmente me sentí como en casa. Los hosts son muy amables al igual que el personal que trabaja alli🫶
