My first experience has been very good, the hostel is very well located, the work is not repetitive, good room and breakfast, the best thing is how kind Alejandro is to everyone and you can visit other German cities easily.

Two weeks I have stayed here with great pleasure. There is a friendly communication and harmonious atmosphere in this hotel. To be honest, this is my first experience as a worldpacker to come to Germany. And I have a great impression on the Christmas markets and New Year together with other Worldpackers and friends here.

The experience was pretty cool. The team it's pretty nice, they make you feel welcome and help you with things that you need. Working hours and work to be done could be a little tricky. You have to be prepared to be doing or a lot of things or just the same one every time. In my working time I had to work in the same day sometimes, from kitchen in the morning to be house technician in the afternoon, or be technician in the afternoon and then help at the reception in the night. Recommend to check the amount of working hours that you have assigned every time they send them.

The hostel has a excellent location, Nüremberg seemed beautiful! The schedule are very well organized and they respect the working hours. Lola is a kind and a receptive person with whom you can talk. The another volunteers did made my stay more fun. Also the most workers are friendly. You can have breakfast every day but the dinner is only available a some days. It was my first experience and really enjoyed a lot my volunteering. Thank you for the opportunity!

My experience at the hostel was good. I've been there for one month and I practiced my english a lot. It was a good start in a city as the hostel. I recommend it. Finally, the manager gave me the possibilty to reconcile shifts with jobs, which is really nice when I needed to make extra money.

This hostel was not prepared for world packers. Week 1 of being there we were told to switch rooms 3 times due to overbooking. Guest kitchen is horrible and very small. There are no cutting boards, knives, pasta strainers, can openers, etc. There is 1 pan, 1 pot, a stove top, a microwave, and a fridge. If you want to cook most of your meals it will be a struggle. They put my friend and I on different shifts (one on 7:30-11:30) (other on 11:30-3:30). Because of this it is not easy to explore other cities while working at this hostel as a pair. Weird vibes, would not work here again.

-The work was mostly as described and even while being the only volunteer it wasn't ever stressful. Unfortunately for some days during my stay where the elevators were broken so some days involved carrying heavy sheets up/down stairs. -All of the staff and they were great; friendly, welcoming, and generous. Only 1 bad team member. -Alejandro exists, is great to work for, and he was flexible with days off so I could go to an interview in Munich and helped with a bed too. TY Alejandro! -few breakfast options for vegans, ok for vegetarians -the hostel are more of a budget hotel, not a party hostel.

I went for two weeks in January. I think Alejandro was nice. I don't think I got the right training for what was asked. This is more like a hotel than a hostel, so be prepared for that if you go. It was a very serious environment, and maybe because of the size?, idk it wasn't a very sociable “hostel”. The other volunteers were very nice. Oh you do not get dinner every night btw. I got it two times in my two weeks, and I was only informed about 15 minutes before they were putting away the food. Also I never got the tours that they talked about. I found a tourist map of the city that I used.

This experience was perfect for me and met expectations. The work was fairly easy and not too repetitive. On this trip I wanted to live in Germany, practice German and explore Bavaria, this stay let me do all of that. Alejandro was very flexible with me as well when I asked to move dates and when all three volunteers wanted to have the same day off! The staff that works there is amazing and is always there to help when you need it! Cons: We had to move rooms 3-4 times in a month but I think that was not normal, the communication in general could have been better and the guest kitchen is small
