Activities & Shift

Let us welcome you to our peaceful nomad lifestyle in tranquil village that will touch your soul when things get hard don't deal with it with a lot of dopamine and social media

An abandoned ruin has been partially restored using natural materials into a livable family home. For years, my father Mbarak has picked grass for his animals and cared for the date palms in our garden. Depending on the amount of water in a year, the family may grow wheat for bread or harvest dates. In this dry part of Morocco with mostly salty earth, our piece of land has uniquely fertile soil, which holds the potential to transform the barren place into a productive oasis. Great progress has been made and plenty of work is still to be done. Together with volunteers we aim to build a well, install solar panels, create irrigation systems, plant many seeds and trees and grow organic food for the whole community.
