The experience

We are looking for helping hands for our web presence to share the work and requirements of our NGO mission and project

3-4 hours a day 5 days a week will be a perfect match and rest day they can enjoy the time in India.

Requesting all the volunteers to support our cause and help us spreading our work through website/webpage/blog/other internet creativity for our NGO

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Web Developer: Help develop and maintain websites.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 15 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Materials for volunteer activities

Description: Volunteers contribute 15€ per day to cover expenses for all-time food, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, regular weekly cultural activities, project coordination, and admin related costs.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Program Details

We're a special center identified in slums and urban dwellings where students get formal and non-formal education. We request volunteers to help us in getting web presence.

The centers run with the constant support of volunteers and are accessible to the whole community for the usage free of cost. We provide necessary funds for the children to get stationary and books through donation contributions.

We also ensure fun and well-being of our volunteers and with us you will be taking part in various activities like Yoga, bollywood dance, Heena, Traditional dress workshop, Hindi Language workshops etc all inclusive. We also ensure covering all time meals and accommodation all equipped with Air-condition, washing machine, Internet, Microwave, Induction Stove, etc.

Activities & Shift

Shifts are:

Monday: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM OR 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM Indian Time
Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM OR 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM Indian Time
Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM OR 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM Indian Time
Thursday: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM OR 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM Indian Time
Friday: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM OR 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM Indian Time

Saturday: Off (if you wish to volunteer, most welcome)
Sunday: Off (if you wish to volunteer, most welcome)

NOTE: Since the work will be mostly online, volunteer can choose to volunteer at any specific time. Sometimes the timings can be changed due to festivals or other reasons so kindly connect with us in case you want to know the fixed time schedule as per your plan

Rules

- As we are concerned for your safety and well-being, we would like to request you to be back at our accommodation before 10:00 PM at night.
- No alcohol in the accommodation and project
- India is different compared to the western world and you will be volunteering with the slum kids and beneficiaries living below poverty line so we request all our volunteers to be prepared for this project
