The experience

Do you love sports, culture, and nature? Do you want to share your passion with children and families in Greece? Do you want to learn from a former world-class taekwondo athlete and a successful entrepreneur? If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be the perfect fit for our project!

We are a cultural and sports association founded by a former athlete who has a silver medal in the World Taekwondo Championship.

What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 40 Per day

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent Spanish

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Greece

Program Details

We are looking for volunteers who can help us teach, entertain, and inspire children and families who participate in our programs. You will have the opportunity to learn from our manager's expertise and experience, as well as to explore the amazing sights and culture of Greece. You will also make a positive impact on the local community by promoting sports, health, and education.

As a volunteer, you will have the following tasks:

Assist in leading and organizing sports and cultural activities for children and families
Teach basic salsa, Zumba, or capoeira skills to the participants
Interact with the participants and create a fun and friendly atmosphere
Help with the promotion and marketing of our services and events
Help with the general maintenance and cleaning of our facilities and equipment
We expect from you:

Rules

We need you to be in the place 30 minutes before the program starts.
You need to ask Juan about your task every morning.
Your behavior with children must be professional.
You are not allowed to ask for money, but if guests want to give you tips, congratulations.
You must follow the rules of the sleeping time, you are not allowed to make louder noise during lunchtime 1-5 pm and from 10 pm to 9 am.
- We will help you to visit Zakynthos Island and do tours of NAVAGIO or Turtle Island.
