How It Works:
1. Sign Up: Interested individuals can register online or contact our volunteer coordinator to express interest in the program.
2. Role Assignment: Volunteers will be matched to roles based on their skills, interests, and the hospital’s current needs. These may include assisting medical staff, supporting health outreach, helping with administrative tasks, or maintaining hospital facilities.
3. Orientation & Training: All volunteers undergo an orientation session to familiarize themselves with hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and expectations. Specific training may be provided depending on the role.
4. Ongoing Support: Volunteers are guided and supported throughout their service, with regular check-ins to ensure a rewarding experience.
5. Impact: Volunteers will be part of a team dedicated to improving healthcare services, helping expand our reach, and contributing to the well-being of the community.

By volunteering, you’re not only helping us provide vital healthcare but also becoming a valued member of Shawin Foundation Hospital’s mission to foster a healthier, stronger community.
